We want you to love your Cristl pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
📦 2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including box, pouch, and tags).
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Sale items, limited-edition drops, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
🔄 3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@cristljewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return authorization and mailing instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.
💰 4. Refunds & Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear once processed.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
