We want you to love your Cristl pieces. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

📦 2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including box, pouch, and tags).
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items, limited-edition drops, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

🔄 3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@cristljewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and mailing instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.

💰 4. Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear once processed.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right immediately.
